Job Summary

This role seeks an Energy Engineer to join a leading distribution network operator, focusing on the crucial process of integrating new facilities—ranging from large industrial consumers and EV charging infrastructure to major wind and solar assets—into the electricity grid. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing precise grid connections and metering systems, handling complex energy economic issues like Redispatch and feed-in tariffs, and coordinating the entire connection lifecycle, from technical planning through contract negotiation and finalization. The successful candidate will actively participate in cross-organizational projects, ensuring compliance with new legal and technical requirements. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, coupled with professional experience and initial knowledge of grid operations and regulatory frameworks.
