Job Summary
This role involves supporting the IT and Digitalization team at the Pomeranian Evangelical Church District Office in Greifswald, focusing on modernizing and digitizing administrative processes. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts, assisting with the implementation of a Document Management System (DMS) and M365 software, and handling the procurement of hardware and software. The assistant will also be the first point of contact for IT issues, providing first-level support, and managing invoicing and inventory. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant professional qualification in IT, system integration, or office management with an IT focus, demonstrating a strong affinity for digital solutions, an agile working style, and excellent communication skills to effectively support colleagues through the digital transformation.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Digitalization or System Integration) or Office Management Clerk (preferably with a focus on IT/Digitalization), or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support and digitalization projects
- Experience with user administration and first-level support
- Experience in hardware/software procurement and inventory management
