Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced external Project Management Office (PMO) consultant to support the 'StarMAP@AVA' transformation project for an energy sector company in Salzgitter. The consultant will leverage extensive expertise in project management methodologies, particularly agile concepts, and substantial experience with software implementation projects. Day-to-day tasks include advising project and sub-project leads, managing schedules and meetings (including preparation of PowerPoint presentations, moderation, and documentation), monitoring project progress against milestones, and managing project risks. A key focus is also on Communication and Change Management, involving monitoring communication plans, drafting content (blogs, newsletters), and updating internal platforms like Confluence and SharePoint. This is a crucial, independent consulting role, initially limited until June 30, 2026, with potential for extension, supporting a standardized 'Manage Assets' process implementation.

University degree or commercial training with specialized Project Management certifications/further education
