Job Summary

This role involves the operative coordination and support of electrical and energy projects within a construction environment, focusing heavily on site processes and stakeholder management. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and moderating site meetings, performing progress checks, and conducting target-actual comparisons regarding time, quality, and performance status. The coordinator acts as the primary interface between electrical trades, planners, clients, and other stakeholders, while also supporting project management with reporting, documentation, and risk identification. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, or possesses comparable practical experience in electrical infrastructure/energy supply, coupled with proven experience in site coordination and scheduling for both building and open-field projects. Strong communication and moderation skills are essential for managing diverse trades and clients.
