Job Summary
This hybrid, part-time (20 hours/week) role in Berlin involves supporting ZDF Sparks' growth phase by focusing on Artificial Intelligence strategy and implementation within a media holding company. The Junior AI Manager and Trainer will assist in formulating and executing AI strategies, operationalizing key performance indicators (KPIs), and assessing the ROI of various AI projects across media planning, content creation, and personalization. A major component of the role is the conception and delivery of AI training programs to upskill employees across different departments, ensuring the ethical and compliant application of AI tools in their daily work. This position requires strong presentation and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including management, creative, and operational staff, making it ideal for a passionate team player eager to translate technical AI solutions into practical business culture.
Required Skills
Education
Completed or advanced Master's degree, ideally focused on Business Administration in combination with Data Science, AI, or BI.
