This role involves active research and development within the R&D team in Münster, focusing on the patented Open Monitor Nanofilm processor technology used for innovative smart labels, such as sensor systems and electronic best-before dates. The scientist will be crucial in adapting these developed technologies to meet industrial requirements and transferring them into mass production. Day-to-day tasks include independent sample preparation, conducting process-accompanying analysis, evaluating results, and maintaining lab equipment. A key component is documentation, writing interim and final reports, and engaging in technical customer communication in both German and English. Candidates must hold a completed university degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering (preferably Chemistry, Physics, Surface Technology, or Materials Science) and demonstrate a systematic, independent work style, strong team spirit, and a drive for solution-finding.
