Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Microtechnologist specializing in Lithography to join a team in Dortmund on an open-ended contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the manufacturing of micro- and nanostructured molding tools and components. Key daily tasks include operating small and large-format lithography systems, managing wet-chemical and plasma-assisted pre-treatment and cleaning processes, and ensuring precise process parameter settings and monitoring. A critical component of the role is visual quality control between process steps, product and process data acquisition, and performing routine equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training as a Microtechnologist or Physics/Chemistry Laboratory Technician. The position requires a concentrated and reliable work ethic, strong team skills, flexibility, and the readiness for cleanroom work and potential shift work.
