Job Summary

This role involves working as a Service Technician specializing in electrical engineering systems for a leading Facility Management provider in the Düsseldorf area. Day-to-day responsibilities include the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of building services systems focusing on electrical technology. You will be responsible for fault-related repairs, executing minor repairs, and meticulously maintaining fault, inspection, maintenance, and testing reports, along with technical documentation. A key part of the role is coordinating external companies for specialized maintenance and repair tasks. Successful candidates must have a completed professional training as an Electrician or in a comparable field (e.g., Energy and Building Technology, Industrial Engineering). While professional experience in building operations is desirable, the position offers high job security and the choice between temporary assignment with potential takeover or direct permanent employment with a market leader.
