Job Summary

This role involves working as a Service Technician specializing in electrical engineering, supporting a market leader in Facility Management in Berlin. Day-to-day responsibilities include the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of building services systems in the electrical domain. The technician will handle fault-related repairs, execute minor repairs, maintain detailed documentation (fault, inspection, maintenance, and testing reports), and coordinate external companies for specialized work. This position offers high job security and the choice between temporary assignments with the option for permanent takeover or direct permanent employment with leading facility management providers nationwide. Ideal candidates possess a completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., as an Electrician or Electronic Technician for Energy and Building Technology) and preferably have several years of experience in building operations.
