Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Service Technician specializing in Electrical Engineering to join a market leader in Facility Management in Bremen. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical building services systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting faults, performing minor repairs, maintaining comprehensive technical documentation (including inspection and maintenance reports), and coordinating external service providers during repair and maintenance work. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician or Electronic Technician (such as Energy and Building Technology, Operating Technology, or Electrical Installation) and preferably brings several years of experience in building operations.
