Job Summary

This role is for an autonomous Site Manager specializing in the Photovoltaics (PV) sector, responsible for independently overseeing the execution of solar projects across Germany and internationally. The Site Manager will lead assembly personnel and subcontractors, ensuring all construction work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with legal standards. Key responsibilities include budget management, cost control, leading site meetings, and acting as the primary contact for clients. You will also coordinate component orders with central purchasing and manage project documentation, including commissioning and final acceptance. Candidates must possess a qualification such as an Electrical Engineer, Master Electrician, or equivalent, ideally paired with proven experience in technical project leadership.
