Job Summary
This role involves leading end-to-end HR digitalization projects and managing the continuous development of the HR system landscape for a major international hotel group. The Manager will be responsible for translating functional requirements into technical solutions, providing technical guidance to sub-project leads, and ensuring timely project delivery. A key focus is analyzing and optimizing existing HR processes, implementing improvements, and actively managing change processes through effective stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate possesses strong digital competence, experience in project management (ideally within an HR context), and a solid understanding of modern HR processes, enabling them to drive strategic transformation within the Human Resources domain.

Qualified vocational training or completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, HR Management, Business Informatics, Social Sciences, or comparable field)
