Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for the Damage Management department, focusing on claims adjustment, collaboration with experts, and claims auditing. The Coordinator will serve as the central interface for coordinating and forwarding relevant information within the claims process, while strategically developing claims adjustment processes and structures in alignment with departmental leadership. Day-to-day tasks include supporting technical departments with team scheduling and operational processes, professional communication with clients, project managers, and technicians across multiple channels, and immediate deployment coordination for urgent cases like water damage. The ideal candidate possesses a commercial or technical background, significant experience in damage management or technical property support, and proficiency with MS Office and ideally SAP ticketing systems. This is a crucial role requiring strong organizational skills, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
