Job Summary

This role involves working as a Building Services Technician within the automotive industry, focusing primarily on the maintenance and repair of technical building systems, especially electrical systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting faults, executing minor repairs, and managing various utility systems across different trades. The technician will also be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed reports (fault, inspection, maintenance) and coordinating external service providers. Key qualifications include a completed apprenticeship as an Electrical Installer or Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, or equivalent expertise. The position requires fundamental technical knowledge across multiple trades, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently, including participation in a 3-shift operation.
