Job Summary
This role involves leading and managing the on-site electrical team at the BMW plant in Eisenach. The Site Manager will be responsible for the technical and organizational leadership of the team, coordinating and overseeing all electro-technical work, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards. A critical component of the job is managing communication with the client (BMW) and coordinating interfaces, alongside handling resource planning, documentation, and reporting. Candidates should possess a completed electrical qualification, ideally supplemented by a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician certification, and must have several years of professional experience in technical site management or a similar function. The position offers a permanent contract, above-tariff compensation, and opportunities for professional development within an established industrial environment.
