Job Summary

This role involves professional leadership and execution of construction projects focused on plant decommissioning and refurbishment, specifically within railway infrastructure. The Project Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation through acceptance (equivalent to HOAI phases 1-8), managing the dismantling of signal boxes, track infrastructure, signaling technology, and overhead lines, including gap closure projects. Key responsibilities include maintaining constant communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project adherence to defined parameters, and proactively developing countermeasures when project goals are at risk. The successful candidate must possess a degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with initial experience in construction project management and a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles.
