Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Network Technician to join the Network Operations Center (NOC) team for a leading network service provider in Erfurt. The primary responsibilities include the continuous monitoring of critical IT systems using specialized monitoring tools, comprehensive ticket management (creation and processing), and the crucial coordination and initiation of fault clearance and remediation measures. You will be responsible for documenting all operational states and disturbances, working closely with technical teams and the headquarters in Vienna. The ideal candidate possesses completed technical training, strong technical understanding, and initial professional experience with ticketing systems, ideally including knowledge of radio relay technology. This position offers an unlimited contract with the possibility of permanent employment with the client, flexible mobile working options, and requires strong German and good English communication skills, along with resilience for shift operation.
