Job Summary

This role involves executing precise quality inspections up to final delivery, with a primary focus on using 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to inspect complex engine, valve, and Additive Layer Manufacturing (ALM) components in the aerospace sector. The technician will be responsible for operating modern 3D measuring systems, as well as roughness and contour measuring devices, to ensure the highest measurement accuracy. Key tasks include systematically identifying and documenting deviations in products and equipment, assessing product conformity against design specifications, and generating detailed quality reports. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training, preferably with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman, and possess fundamental professional experience in quality management and assurance, specifically with 2D and 3D CMMs. This position offers an opportunity to work within a leading international high-tech aerospace company near Munich, actively contributing to the future of space technology.
