Job Summary

This role involves the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of modern IT and telecommunications (ITK) systems and their associated software applications, focusing heavily on security systems. The technician will be responsible for conducting user training, providing technical consultation to optimize system environments, and creating detailed technical documentation.
