Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Specialist to take on a leadership position overseeing the electrical systems within complex building technology environments in Munich. The primary responsibilities include managing the operation and maintenance of technical building systems, acting as the designated expert in electrical engineering, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and ordinances. A critical component of the role is team leadership, involving the creation of weekly schedules and the coordination of staff. The specialist will also be responsible for operating Building Management Systems (BMS), diagnosing and resolving system malfunctions, and preparing detailed weekly reports and analyses for presentation to the client. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant technical qualification (Master Craftsman, Technician, or Engineer in Electrical Engineering) and proven experience leading a team, ideally coupled with a strong professional background in measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR).
