Job Summary

This role is for a highly professional and hands-on IT Field Service Specialist who acts as the technical point of contact for clients. The specialist will also assist senior engineers with technical infrastructure tasks such as network installations (switches, WLAN) and server/storage support, and participate in project-based work like migrations and hardware rollouts. Key requirements include proven experience in IT support or technical field service, strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365 user administration, Active Directory basics, and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Routing).
