Job Summary

This role is for a highly professional and hands-on IT Field Service Specialist who acts as the technical point of contact for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities involve comprehensive on-site support, including setting up and configuring new workstations, troubleshooting hardware (clients, notebooks, printers), and resolving network, Active Directory, and M365 issues. The specialist will also assist senior engineers with technical infrastructure tasks such as network installations (switches, WLAN) and server/storage support, and participate in project-based work like migrations and hardware rollouts. Key requirements include proven experience in IT support or technical field service, strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365 user administration, Active Directory basics, and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Routing). This position requires a professional demeanor, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent documentation skills using tools like Notion and Jira, offering significant opportunities for growth into specialized engineering roles.
