This part-time, permanent position seeks an experienced Accountant and Tax Specialist to manage comprehensive financial operations within a stable organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with accounts receivable, payable, general ledger, and fixed asset accounting, alongside preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. A key focus will be optimizing internal processes and advancing the digitalization of the finance and accounting department. The role also involves serving as the primary contact for tax consultants, auditors, and tax authorities, with the potential to later take on payroll administration. Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in standard office software, especially MS Excel, and ideally possess experience with DATEV Unternehmen online. Success in this role requires a high degree of reliability, self-reliance, structured work habits, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
