This is a pivotal role for a Process and Digitalization Manager to drive organizational efficiency and digital transformation within a growing skilled trades (HVAC/SHK) company. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing existing operational workflows across all areas, including quoting, site management, customer service, and billing. A key focus will be establishing a comprehensive knowledge database, streamlining information flow, and pragmatically integrating digital tools, including AI, into daily operations to improve efficiency. The role requires strong analytical skills, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to effectively communicate and train teams (field technicians, office staff, and management) on new processes and digital standards.
