Job Summary
This fully remote position, based in Germany, seeks a Managed Service Provider (MSP) / Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) Technician to join a maintenance team focused on IT services for doctors' offices and medical facilities. The core responsibilities include the administration, installation, and configuration of Microsoft Server and Hyper-V environments, comprehensive server management, and advanced troubleshooting of customer systems. A significant part of the role involves automating tasks using PowerShell for Windows and Bash scripts for Linux, along with managing patching (manual and automated) and vendor updates. The ideal candidate possesses excellent knowledge of Windows Server products, experience with virtualization (especially Hyper-V), and fluent German (C1 level). This role offers an attractive, permanent contract with flexible working models and excellent development opportunities, focusing on a critical 14:00 - 22:00 core working time.
