Job Summary

This role involves serving as the Deputy Project Group Lead for the construction execution of structural works for the U5 subway line expansion in Munich, a major infrastructure project that began in 2022. The successful candidate will manage project execution, oversee construction, and take responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality control. Day-to-day tasks include representing the client side, managing engineering and expert offices, construction companies, and local site supervision. Crucially, the Deputy Lead assumes the full responsibilities of the Project Group Lead during absences, including managing public relations with residents and the general public. This position requires a degree in Civil Engineering and significant professional experience in complex structural engineering projects, particularly in underground construction, demanding strong communication, negotiation, and decisive problem-solving skills.
