Job Summary

This challenging role as a Technical Customer Advisor for Grid Connections involves serving as the primary regional contact for all inquiries related to electricity connections, whether for energy consumption or feed-in. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert technical advice both over the phone and in person, creating tailored connection offers, and managing the technical preparation and smooth execution of grid construction projects from planning through implementation. A critical component of the role is organizing and processing the installation of necessary meters for accurate energy billing. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical vocational education combined with successful advanced training as a Master Craftsman or certified Technician.
