Job Summary

This role is for an IT professional, ideally a certified IT Specialist in System Integration, to join an engineering-sector company focused on software quality assurance. The core responsibilities involve actively contributing to the development and maintenance of automated functional tests, ensuring the integrity of component communication, and supporting software performance testing. A key focus will be planning and executing regression tests following every software change and participating in compatibility testing across various operating systems and hardware platforms. The ideal candidate will also help build an automated GUI test framework using Qt Squish. Essential qualifications include prior professional experience as a Software Tester or Developer, programming proficiency in C++11 or higher, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitLab. The position offers a secure, permanent contract and requires strong teamwork skills alongside good German and English proficiency.
