Job Summary
This role, based in Berlin, offers an exciting opportunity to join the IT sector as a Service Desk Agent, providing essential technical support to users. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inventory tracking, performing hardware and software installations and updates, and delivering both on-site and remote support via phone and email. The specialist will be responsible for the entire ticket lifecycle—from acceptance and resolution to closure—and will assist with maintenance, backup, and upgrade activities, focusing heavily on troubleshooting. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, strong knowledge of network and server environments, and familiarity with virtual desktop infrastructure. This is a full-time, permanent position offering professional growth within a specialized IT environment.
