Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking full responsibility for the Manufacturing Technology department, focusing on optimizing production processes and ensuring efficient operational workflows. The Head of Manufacturing Technology will lead a team, oversee process monitoring and coordination, and drive the continuous development and refinement of existing manufacturing processes. A key part of the job includes assessing the feasibility of new inductive components, managing manufacturing documentation (such as construction regulations and test plans), and handling technical complaints by implementing corrective actions. The role requires close collaboration with Production, Development, Quality Assurance, and Sales departments, and providing technical support to the Czech site. Candidates must bring a technical background, significant experience in electronics manufacturing, expertise in inductive component production methods, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
