Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Estimator specializing in civil and earthworks projects within one of Germany's leading industrial and commercial construction companies. The successful candidate, based in Hannover, will be responsible for the precise and independent calculation of construction projects, ensuring cost security and adherence to deadlines. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing technical documentation (such as geotechnical reports and soil surveys), obtaining quotes from subcontractors, determining quantities for accurate pricing, and preparing concept planning during the bidding phase. This position requires a strong grasp of numerical analysis and a passion for civil engineering, working within a motivated team environment at the intersection of planning and implementation. The role demands a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, coupled with at least five years of professional experience in estimation or a related construction field, offering an unlimited contract and significant responsibility from day one.
