Job Summary

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of numbers and a passion for civil and deep excavation engineering. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for the precise, independent calculation of deep excavation and earthwork projects, working at the critical intersection of planning and implementation. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing technical documents (such as geotechnical reports and soil surveys), determining quantities for accurate pricing, obtaining quotes from subcontractors, and ensuring calculations meet current market benchmarks. You will also prepare conceptual plans and alternatives during the bidding phase and manage scheduling using MS Project. The successful candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification, possess initial professional experience, and demonstrate an analytical, results-oriented, and independent work style, contributing actively to a motivated team environment.
