Job Summary

This role involves joining a dynamic team in Jülich, focusing on the operation and advancement of crucial business applications and the underlying IT infrastructure for a client in energy technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include system administration, monitoring, testing, and maintaining system documentation for applications. You will actively participate in shaping and managing the IT infrastructure, covering selection, implementation, adaptation, updates, and migration of existing systems. A key aspect is supporting the development and optimization of software and database solutions using technologies like PHP, JavaScript, and SQL. Furthermore, you will ensure IT security by monitoring endpoint security solutions and coordinating response measures. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT system integration or application development, professional experience in IT infrastructure operations and service management, and expertise in application support, development, and process documentation.
