Job Summary

This role is for a Clinic Manager at Oberberg Fachklinik Rhein-Jura, a private acute care clinic specializing in Psychiatry, Psychosomatics, and Psychotherapy in Bad Säckingen. The manager will actively shape, steer, and develop the clinic's future and operational daily life, focusing on quality, economic efficiency, and growth, in collaboration with the Medical Director and Regional Commercial Director. Key responsibilities include overseeing all non-medical areas, ensuring smooth operations, optimizing administrative and clinical processes, and supporting budget planning, forecasts, and annual closing processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or Health Economics, or equivalent qualifications, and possesses initial professional experience, ideally in clinic management or consulting.
