Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled IT professional seeking a long-term position within an innovative, global IT company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous improvement, administration, and optimization of the entire system landscape in Germany. Day-to-day tasks include installing and maintaining global and local infrastructure and networks, managing client and user accounts, and overseeing Mobile Device Management (MDM), servers, printers, and network devices. A key component of the role is providing First and Second-Level IT Support to end-users and contributing to the development of the IT security concept. Candidates must possess a completed IT education, strong expertise in Windows Client/Server environments, PC/network hardware, and routine experience with Microsoft Active Directory and system/network management.
