Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive management and technical oversight of the company's real estate portfolio across Germany, focusing specifically on facility management and building services. The manager will be responsible for organizing and coordinating both technical and infrastructural services, ensuring economic operations, and guaranteeing compliance with all statutory testing and operator obligations. Key daily tasks include planning and monitoring maintenance, coordinating external service providers, conducting on-site quality control, and managing central reporting via a CAFM system. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Facility Management or a technical qualification (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing) and possesses professional experience in object management. This position requires strong organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, and willingness to travel, offering a challenging environment within a modern real estate management department.
