Job Summary

This critical role involves serving as the commercial and strategic leader for the Johanniter Centers for Child and Youth Psychiatry across its Neuwied and Koblenz locations. The Clinic Director is tasked with ensuring the financial stability and strategic development of the facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the overall budget, creating and implementing economic, liquidity, and investment plans, and overseeing all non-medical operations such as administration, controlling, patient management, and facility management. You will work closely with the management board to develop and execute the medical strategy and service portfolio. A core requirement is possessing a degree in Health Management or a related field, coupled with several years of commercial leadership experience in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate must combine high strategic competence and leadership skills with deep knowledge of hospital law and DRG/PEPP billing systems.
