Job Summary

This role involves managing and delivering the 'Customs Solutions' IT service across the Liebherr Group globally. The Service Manager will be responsible for planning and leading worldwide software roll-out projects, analyzing and optimizing customs and foreign trade processes in collaboration with specialized departments. Key responsibilities include defining and documenting business requirements for interface development, monitoring and improving existing IT services, and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, significant professional experience in areas like Sales, Shipping, Customs, or IT-ERP consulting, and strong knowledge of global trade processes, customs clearance, and compliance. Success in this position requires excellent project management skills, proficiency in ERP and customs software, and fluent German and English communication abilities.
