Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive repair and maintenance of decentralized ventilation units, balancing both internal workshop duties and external field service at customer locations. Key responsibilities include hands-on technical repairs, assisting in production processes, providing technical consultation to customers both over the phone and on-site, and meticulous documentation of all repair work. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics, coupled with strong customer orientation and a service-minded approach. You will utilize an ERP system for order entry and processing.
