Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Jira Consultant and Transition Manager, focusing on the planning, execution, and stabilization of migration activities into the Jira platform. Key responsibilities include independently managing the migration process, reporting status updates to stakeholders, and developing robust concepts such as the target Jira architecture, governance models, and naming conventions, which must be convincingly presented to management. The ideal candidate possesses a background in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with excellent practical and administrative knowledge of Jira, including handling workflows, permissions, JQL, and automation. Expertise in agile frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban, and their practical implementation within Jira (e.g., Boards, Sprints, PI Planning), is essential. This is a full-time, two-year fixed-term contract based in Munich, offering up to 60% remote work.
