Job Summary

This permanent Field Service Technician role involves hands-on technical work, primarily focusing on commissioning, maintenance, repair, and customer training for clients both domestically and internationally. Day-to-day tasks include managing direct customer communication and ensuring critical technical feedback flows smoothly from the client to the sales and design departments. You will also provide internal support by assisting with the assembly and testing of new prototypes. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in a mechanical or electrical field, such as Mechatronics or Industrial Mechanics. Key technical requirements include proficiency in reading construction drawings and electrical schematics (E-Plan), knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics, and welding experience with aluminum and steel.
