Job Summary

This role is a permanent, full-time position based in Ludwigsburg, focusing on the professional support and maintenance of diverse IT systems for commercial, municipal, and private clients. The IT Service Technician will independently coordinate appointments and manage service orders, including the commissioning and maintenance of complex infrastructure like LAN, WLAN, VPN, Firewalls, Servers, Clients, and specialized systems such as video surveillance and building technology. Key qualifications include a completed IT vocational training or relevant professional experience, strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and good knowledge of Windows Client/Server systems, networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ERP systems.
