Job Summary

This role involves independent development and planning of electrical systems within technical building equipment (TGA), spanning concept creation through execution planning (HOAI phases 1-8). The successful candidate will be responsible for technical consulting, system optimization, and managing internal and external partners to ensure smooth project execution. Key tasks include calculating production costs, performing calculations for building systems using specialized software tools, and creating service specifications and tender documents for subcontractor procurement. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering, or a comparable qualification (Master/Technician), coupled with relevant professional experience in the design and execution planning of electrical building systems.
