Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Microtechnologist to join a globally active high-tech company in Berlin-Adlershof, specializing in optical electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of semiconductor and optoelectronic components, managing both small and large-scale series according to technological specifications. Key daily tasks include independently operating and monitoring high-tech equipment in the back-end process, conducting final and in-process quality assurance tests, and meticulously documenting workflows. This position requires flexibility to work in a 3-shift cleanroom environment (early, late, and night shifts) and demands a reliable, focused work ethic, along with basic computer skills for production documentation. The role offers a long-term perspective in a growing industry, starting via temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
