Job Summary
This role seeks a ServiceNow Developer and Senior AI Consultant to drive the next level of digital transformation within a leading tax consulting group. The professional will be responsible for conceptualizing and advising on scalable AI architectures and ServiceNow solutions, covering both Cloud and On-Premise systems. Key daily tasks include the planning, development, and implementation of automations and AI applications using tools such as Python, Make, n8n, or Power Automate, alongside integrating these solutions into existing IT landscapes via APIs, databases, and REST/SOAP interfaces. The position requires a background in IT or Computer Science, multi-year experience in technical automation projects, and a strong understanding of cloud environments (M365, AWS, Google Cloud). Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for Application Development or System Integration) or completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Development, IT Management, or a comparable field
Experience
- Multi-year experience in implementing technical automation projects using tools such as n8n, Python, or Power Automate
- Experience in building AI-supported architectures (e.g., LLMs, RAG, Chatbots, or Embeddings)
- Professional experience in customer consulting and conveying complex technical topics understandably
- Professional experience in the development of Proof-of-Concepts through to productive use
