Scheduler, Road and Civil Engineering | Terminplaner Straßen- und Tiefbau (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is critical for planning and managing complex road and heavy civil engineering projects, including significant energy infrastructure initiatives supporting Germany's energy transition. The Scheduler will be responsible for creating comprehensive rough and detailed schedules during both the bidding and execution phases. Key daily activities include acting as the primary contact for schedule updates, performing essential target/actual comparisons for construction site reports, identifying opportunities and risks for timeline optimization, and supporting supplementary claim processing and documentation of schedule changes. The successful candidate must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, coupled with several years of professional experience in construction scheduling, control, or work preparation, ideally within the road and civil engineering sector. Proficiency in industry-standard planning software such as Asta Powerproject, MS Project, or TILOS is required, alongside an analytical and structured approach to work.
