Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated 2nd Level IT Support Specialist responsible for ensuring seamless operation within the client environment. The primary focus involves the identification and resolution of faults concerning PCs, printers, monitors, and various peripherals. You will manage diverse IT technical issues, handling incidents through multiple channels including phone, email, face-to-face interaction, and a ticketing system, while performing detailed fault analysis and documentation. A key part of the job includes providing independent support within a Microsoft Windows environment and managing customer-specific applications. Furthermore, you will be responsible for user and client management (including deployment and IMAC services) and maintaining the IT hardware inventory. This position offers long-term stability, flexible working models (flextime and remote work), and a high degree of autonomy in a value-based corporate culture.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable technical qualification. ITIL Foundation V4 certification (or willingness to obtain it promptly).

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or system integration
  • Experience handling IT hardware
  • Ideally, experience in software deployment and packaging
