Job Summary

This role involves executing comprehensive electrical testing and quality assurance for low-voltage switchgear systems. The Test Technician will be responsible for conducting electrical tests according to DIN EN 61439 and specific customer requirements, including checking protective measures, performing functional tests, and insulation measurements. A core part of the job is the meticulous documentation of test results, creation of protocols, and independent analysis and resolution of faults or deviations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with manufacturing, planning, and quality assurance teams, and support the final acceptance of systems with customers and experts. Ideal candidates possess a background in electrical engineering (e.g., as an Industrial Electrician or Electrical Fitter), deep knowledge of low-voltage technology, and experience in switchgear testing, coupled with strong German language skills for effective communication and documentation.
