This role involves managing and expanding international license partnerships, primarily within the EMEA region, for innovative health solutions in the pharmaceutical and dietary supplement industry. The International Area Manager will be responsible for driving sales, revenue, and profit, managing contract and pricing structures, and regularly traveling to partner locations to align local strategies with global goals. Key daily activities include identifying new growth opportunities, developing comprehensive business plans, and preparing market entry strategies for management review. The role requires strong negotiation skills at the management level, meticulous project steering, and coordination across various departments such as Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Global Brand Management, ensuring proactive risk limitation and portfolio expansion.

Degree in Business Administration or Natural Sciences
Experience
- Professional experience in the international sector of the pharmaceutical or dietary supplement industry
- Focus on Area Management, Key Account Management, and/or Marketing
- Experience managing license partnerships and achieving P&L targets
Languages

- Regular travel required, predominantly to partners in the EMEA region. Proficiency in an additional foreign language is desirable.
