Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated Process Automation Specialist focused on optimizing digital enterprise processes for an internationally active technology group in Walterhausen. The core responsibility involves automating manual workflows using UIPath Studio, requiring strong analytical skills to identify and document automation potential across various business functions. You will collaborate closely with specialist departments to define requirements, build standardized processes for capturing new Robotic Process Automation (RPA) needs, and support the monitoring and optimization of existing automation solutions. Successful candidates must possess a background in IT or Business Informatics, at least one year of professional experience in process automation, and practical knowledge of UIPath Studio and business process modeling. Fluency in German (C1) and advanced English (B2) are mandatory for effective cross-functional collaboration and interface management, ensuring smooth end-to-end process delivery.
