Job Summary

The successful candidate will join a traditional family company in Heiligenhaus specializing in innovative security systems, taking ownership of the product portfolio for electromechanical locks, access control, and Smart Home solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough market and competitor analyses, developing comprehensive business plans and requirement specifications, and serving as the primary liaison between suppliers, development teams, and sales. This role requires managing the complete product lifecycle, from introduction and discontinuation control to preparing master data and training materials. Applicants must possess a completed technical or commercial qualification, ideally with an electrotechnical focus, combined with several years of professional experience in product management, technical marketing, or sales. This position offers the opportunity to drive innovation in security technology while utilizing strong project management skills and fluency in both German and English.
